Note: Telurai is operated by NTH MOMENT, a partnership business registered in India (GST registered, UDYAM certified). Our standard DPA is governed by Indian law with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Our infrastructure is currently hosted in the United States. Enterprise clients requiring India-hosted data residency may request this as part of their agreement. For clients requiring GDPR-specific addenda, please note this in your email and we will discuss what is appropriate for your situation.
